Return Policy
To return your product, you should mail your product to the manufacturer or our retailer where we will give you a direction with free return shipping label. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
EvekWellness’s products are shipped via USPS or UPS inside the United States and DHL, UPS or FEDEX for international orders. Delivery may take one to four weeks or longer based on destination and time of year.
Returns and Refunds
Returns claim must be made within 15 days of receipt through contact form to obtain free return shipping label. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 3 days of receiving package. Returns must be received within 15 days after shipping label issued. We have 30 days to receive return package and money back guaranteed program.
EvekWellness’s products have been used by US physicians and health care professional for many years of satisfies clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send contact form to us for RETURN AUTHORIZTION NUMBER of free shipping label. Our policy lasts 15 days of purchase on unopened products with customer name, invoice number and nature of the problem for filling claim. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Since vitamins, supplements, and creams are health related and are time-sensitive. We can not accept returns of later than 30 days of purchase and all opened products under any conditions.
To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 15 days of the original purchase date at www.evekwellness.com. For multi packed items such as a 3 packs, you must return at least 2 bottles with the manufacturer seal in place and in the same condition that you received it.
EvekWellness reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the receipt date by the shipping Company.
If the product is received after 30 days of invoice date due to delay by shipping Company or Act of God (Earthquakes, Floods, Pandemics, etc.), credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
